Can I host a Rolebase instance myself?

Yes, the source code for Rolebase source code is available under a free license, so you can host it yourself if you wish. However, you'll be responsible for all server costs, and you won't get any warranty or support.

Is the confidentiality of my data guaranteed?

Only people you have invited to your organization can view it.

Data is stored in Europe in a secure datacenter at Nhost.

The Rolebase team can only consult them with your authorization or for purely technical purposes.

What integrations are available?

You can synchronize your Rolebase calendar in any calendar with an iCal subscription link.

We plan to add Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Slack, Zapier and many other integrations to automate your meetings, tasks and more.

What is Rolebase's business model?

Rolebase is SaaS (Software as a Service), which means it's available from your web browser. We offer monthly and annual subscriptions, with a price per user.

This subscription includes access to the platform and personalized support. Our source code is fully available on Github under MIT license for companies wishing to deploy on-premise.

What languages is Rolebase available in?

Rolebase is available in English and French.

Does Rolebase interface with third-party applications?

Rolebase can be easily integrated with your usual tools thanks to API connections.

Can I force the Holacratie rules?

We believe that a good tool should make life easier, not too restrictive. Rolebase can be used to implement Holacracy, but not to force the rules.

Does Rolebase comply with the RGPD?

Rolebase complies with the data protection framework established by the RGPD principles. We have implemented a set of measures to meet these standards.

What's more, our servers are located in Europe and we do not transmit any data outside Europe.
