⚠️ Synchronization is bidirectional
In other words:
⌛ There is a delay in synchronizing Rolebase with Google Calendar, which depends on Google's services (it takes a few seconds).
On your Rolebase interface, in Meetings, click on Settings then Connect a calendar app.
On the next screen, select the integration Google Calendar
Next, this screen will open to let you choose the google account whose calendar will be affected.
Next, this screen will ask you to confirm data access validation (we're working on full validation by Google) by unfolding the advanced settings and clicking on Access Rolebase (unsecured).
After this screen, validate data sharing.
Then, agree to share the modification of your calendar data by clicking on Select all.
Go back to the very first screen in Meetings > Settings > Connect a calendar app to select the target calendar with the push-button.
Once you've selected the calendar, choose the target organization and synchronize. You now have access to full synchronization!
⚠️ Synchronization is unidirectional, unlike the first, more advanced integration method.
